This is a part-time contractor role with ~10-18 hours per week. Flexible schedule is permitted.
This Temp Administrative Assistant will provide support for the Quality and CMC teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist with documentation management and training systems.
Perform ad hoc projects (primarily in Word, Excel, SharePoint, as needed).
Minimum three years of workplace experience preferred.
Experience in biotech/pharma/medical industry preferred.
Proficiency with SharePoint preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Outlook, Word and Excel); must be tech savvy.
Ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Resourceful and able to handle multiple and changing priorities.
Ability to think creatively and independently and be decisive.
Must display a high level of initiative and think proactively.
Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to gain a general sense of team’s objectives and goals and assist in reaching them.
