Position Summary:

  • This is a part-time contractor role with ~10-18 hours per week.  Flexible schedule is permitted.

  • This Temp Administrative Assistant will provide support for the Quality and CMC teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with documentation management and training systems.

  • Perform ad hoc projects (primarily in Word, Excel, SharePoint, as needed).


  • BA/BS preferred.

  • Minimum three years of workplace experience preferred.

  • Experience in biotech/pharma/medical industry preferred.

  • Proficiency with SharePoint preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g. Outlook, Word and Excel); must be tech savvy.

  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, dynamic, constantly evolving environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Resourceful and able to handle multiple and changing priorities.

  • Ability to think creatively and independently and be decisive.

  • Must display a high level of initiative and think proactively.

  • Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal guidance.

  • Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Ability to gain a general sense of team’s objectives and goals and assist in reaching them.

  • Be proactive in following up on details, anticipating issues, and closing loops on all requests.
